You work closely with our clients to troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner. This Appliance Repair Technician position typically works Monday - Friday and makes a competitive wage of $28 to $45 per hour, based on experience and expertise. But that's not all - you also earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus! Plus, you receive great benefits and perks, including health, vision, dental, a 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match, and life insurance. Additionally, we offer our technicians a gas card and a company vehicle they can drive home.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position, every day is a new adventure! Upon your arrival at each appointment, you examine and diagnose items to identify any issues. Whether it's a faulty circuit board, a worn-out motor, or a clogged drain, you have the expertise to find the root cause. Once you've identified the problem, you get to work repairing or replacing defective components.
You take pride in your work, knowing that your efforts ensure our customers' machines run smoothly for years to come. Additionally, you educate our clients on how to properly use and care for them. At the end of the day, you head home tired but fulfilled, knowing that you've made a difference in people's lives!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience as an appliance repair technician with an appliance repair company
- Ability to work on all kitchen and laundry appliances
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- EPA license and working on sealed systems is a plus
